Install the Extension
We’re in private beta while the Chrome Web Store listing goes through review. Until then, install the signed bundle below using Chrome’s developer mode — it takes about 30 seconds.
Install steps
The beta bundle
Production build, signed and checksummed. You can verify the SHA-256 before installing if you want belt-and-suspenders integrity.

Click the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar and pin Annotated. Open the popup, sign in with the webapp, then capture any page.
We’ll email you when we’re out of beta.
Chrome Web Store review takes 1–3 days after we submit. If you’ve got a free account, we’ll send one note the moment the listing is live so you can migrate from the dev-mode install in one click.
A quick transparency note
Chrome Web Store listings take 1–3 days of review after we submit, and we’re finishing final polish before that submission. Until then “Load unpacked” is the cleanest path — you’re installing the exact same zip we’ll ship to the store, built from a tagged commit in the public repo.
Chrome will show a one-time “Disable developer mode extensions” banner on startup. That’s a cosmetic nag, not a security warning — click Keep. As soon as our store listing is live, this page will flip to a one-click Add-to-Chrome button and your existing install will migrate over seamlessly.
